Learning About Ancient China

Because Chinese New Year is just around the corner, I recently updated our ANCIENT CHINA COUNTRY STUDY Learning Pack to cater to the needs of both kindergarten and grade schoolers.  Below you will find a preview of the learning resources included in this pack and how we are using them.

INTRO TO CHINA - REAL IMAGES

I wanted to let you know that I have just added some great files that contain real images, which are perfect for creating a slideshow presentation or for use in a Montessori school setting. The new files that I have added include an introduction to China in PDF format, which features real images that are perfect for presentations and Montessori environment. Additionally, I have added Montessori 3-part cards, as well as information sheets that are available in page-sized format. If needed, you can also print these sheets into smaller cards by simply adjusting your printer settings.

COUNTRY STUDY CHINA: DIFFERENTIATED READING MATERIALS

There are three differentiated reading materials included in our Country Study learning packs.

• Mini Book V1 - suited for upper elementary kids and perfect for double-sided printing
• Simple Mini Book (Booklet/Strips format) - suited for early childhood and lower elementary kids
• Simple Mini Book Cards Format - suited for early childhood and lower elementary kids
