Learning About Ancient China

Because Chinese New Year is just around the corner, I recently updated our ANCIENT CHINA COUNTRY STUDY Learning Pack to cater to the needs of both kindergarten and grade schoolers.  Below you will find a preview of the learning resources included in this pack and how we are using them.

Chinese New Year Mini Preschool Unit

Are you celebrating Chinese New Year?  We are not but we are learning about this national holiday of the Chinese for familiarity and for the boys to understand that some of the Filipino traditions were adapted from the Chinese culture.


Vito and I worked on a brief Chinese New Year Unit last week.  The resources we used were from the Chinese New Year Mini Preschool Learning Pack I created for him from years ago.
