Suggested activities to try with your kids:
Activity 1: Picture - Label Match. This activity consists of three-part card sets. The main objective is for the child to match the picture card with its label and use the control card to check their work.
Activity 2: Picture - Fact Card Match. Pair the picture cards with the label and fact cards, using the images on the fact cards as your guide. If you have non-readers, parents can read the definitions and ask which picture matches each description.
Activity 5: Sequencing. Using the numbers on the mat, arrange the picture cards in the correct sequence to showcase the amazing cycle.
Activity 4: Spelling/Writing Practice. Utilize the different variations of writing and spelling strips to practice your child's spelling skills.
Activity 5: Writing Pages. These writing pages are designed for elementary students to complete by providing their own descriptions of the highlighted stages of the water cycle. Upon completion, students can compile these pages into a mini book.
Enhance your understanding of water cycles with this learning pack to support your book reading!
