I finally had the time to put this up and share it with you.  It’s a number representation game we played weeks ago while working on our letter S and it’s about feeding the snake. Vito loves this activity and enjoyed the idea of feeding the snake with the matching count or number representation.

FREE Beginning Letter Sound Posters and Cards (SAMPLER)

We are starting a new approach to our literacy activities.  To have some variety in our literacy activities I decided to pause our usual pink series (Beginning Letter Sound Activity Sheets) and move to Jolly Phonics.  Jolly Phonics is a curriculum used here in Ireland (and UK).  My eldest loved it, especially the action sounds that went along with the letters.

FREE Life Cycle Matching Cards

I have a bunch of life cycle figures which my Aunt brought from the US a few months ago.  I did not really intend to introduce them yet to Vito as he is too young.  But I observed that he’s into matching activities these days, so I managed to create matching cards for all of my life cycles. Wow, he definitely surprised me! He worked on all of these in one day and always picked these for his activity everyday!

FREE Zoo Animals Matching Cards for Toddlers

Vito is 22 months

Vito is in to matching these days! Whenever he sees an object that has a match on books, he would immediately get it and put it together.  We started matching activities earlier with our Farm Animal Activities, and since we moved to zoo animals, I also created a set of matching cards for our Schleich toy figures (all Schleich images).  So far we’re only using the tiger, jaguar, alligator, hippopotamus, elephant and lion figures.

At last! I was able to update my Animal Life Cycles file and I added life cycles of insects!  Yes, so many have emailed me asking about it. So sorry, I did not include it in the first edition because we were not studying it yet.

FREE Parts of an Airplane Nomenclature Cards

A few weeks ago,  I made a parts of an airplane nomenclature cards for Mavi.  The study of an airplane was part of our The Glorious Flight row. These cards helped him explore the different parts of an airplane and learned how each part function (we used some books as reference).

Dinosaur Cards and Worksheets (Free Printable)

Hello everyone!  My son asked me to create cards for his Safari Ltd. Dino TOOB figures, and this is what I came up with.  He was ecstatic when he saw the cards!  They’re actually fact cards for his dino figures for us to study.
