Vito is 29 months old.
Another fantastic activity I got from my Pinterest board! This is a perfect activity for toddlers to explore their teeth as they can’t usually see it. This is so easy to assemble and will keep your little ones engaged!
Materials used:
- homemade pink playdough (I used Wilton’s Rosa coloring, for the playdough recipe you can check it here, Fun Dinosaur Color Sorting with Homemade Playdough Recipe)
- mini marshmallows
- teeth model (Science Time Dentistry Deluxe)
Vito brushed his teeth first before we explored the Science Time Dentistry Deluxe model. We counted how many milk teeth were there for a toddler like him. Then, I told him that we are going to make a bigger version of the model using the playdough and the marshmallows.
We counted as he placed the marshmallows in the playdough. But of course, kids are kids… he keeps on going and going as he filled all the sides of the playdough with marshmallows LOL. He was so happy of his work and said “Mom, it’s a match!” referring to the teeth model and his work.
And the moment he’s been waiting for, little by little he started to mouth the marshmallows… and kept saying “oh so yummy”.
