I am so excited to present our beautiful Fall Autumn Preschool Unit Pack (also for kindergarten). I carefully designed this one big bundle so my child and yours will have the best experience in learning about this colourful autumn season. Like all of our MEGA PACKS, this unit contains 30 hands-on learning activities your kids will truly enjoy. Below are some of the activities that we have started working on already. Some of the materials included in this pack are old activities from last year, which I haven't shared and published, and Vito still loves doing them!
LEAF SILHOUETTE MATCHING
We love this! It is so amazing to have the opportunity to make home materials suitable to my kids' needs! Vito loves matching silhouette versions of images; I just have to make this for him. These beautiful silhouettes of our leaf illustrations are a total hit!
This is an excellent practice for visual discrimination, concentration, and attention to detail.

AUTUMN-THEMED GEOBOARD TEMPLATES
If your kids/students love geoboards, this material is for you! I added a few autumn-themed templates like leaf, moon, pumpkin, acorn, apple, etc., in this pack, and your kids will love recreating these in the geoboard. This is perfect for pattern recognition, following patterns, fine motor skills, and hand-eye coordination.
AUTUMN-THEMED UPPERCASE - LOWERCASE LEAF PUZZLE
This activity is perfect for kids learning to recognize uppercase and lowercase letters. The puzzles come with beautiful autumn colours that your kids/students will love.
AUTUMN-THEMED PICTURE DOUGH MATS
By now, you know that my son is obsessed with playdough. This activity is in most of my unit packs because Vito loves these mats. You can follow the pictures in the dough mats or make your own and use these mats as your guide. I highly recommend this set of playdough with 24 colours. It comes with 20+ colours for your kids to make various beautiful pictures like the ones below.
AUTUMN-THEMED READING TIME (HOUR AND A HALF HOUR)
This year, one of the most popular posts and activities was our Penguin-Themed Matching Clocks to Time. It was a total hit with Vito, too, so I made one for our autumn-themed activity. He knows and can read time now, so we will use our half-hour set in the next few weeks (also included in this learning material).
I will post an update about our half-hour activity once we start with it next week. And if you noticed, I placed Velcro tapes on the time cards so the clock images would stick to them.
This and the rest of the 29 activities are all included in our AUTUMN PRESCHOOL UNIT.
AUTUMN-THEMED COUNTING PUMPKINS
One counting activity I also included here is the dough number mats and pumpkin counting cards. We have these cute pumpkin counters, and Vito enjoyed counting while doing a 1:1 correspondence. Vito counts the pumpkin and places the right amount of counters. Supposedly, he'll have to form the numbers with playdough, too, but he wasn't interested in doing that during this time. He was just fascinated by the tiny acrylic pumpkin counters.
AUTUMN-THEMED LACING ACTIVITY
Vito is obsessed with these cards at the moment! He loves to lace and untangle everything right after. You need to have a handheld 1-hole puncher for this activity. You can get it from Amazon or in any craft store. The coloured bead laces can also be bought on Amazon.
Other lacing cards are fox, hedgehog, sunflower, a basket of apples, acorn, owl, etc.
AUTUMN-THEMED SHAPE DOUGH MATS
Identifying and forming shapes with playdough using our Squirrel "tummy" Shapes Mats.
I love these cards! They are so beautiful!
AUTUMN-THEMED NUMBER SEQUENCING PUZZLES
Number puzzles for ordering and arranging numbers from 1-10, 1-5, and 11-20.
AUTUMN-THEMED LEAF MATCHING
Because autumn is mainly about falling and coloured leaves, I added this leaf-shaped sorting/matching activity. Just like the silhouette, this is an excellent practice for discrimination and concentration.

BEGINNING LETTER MATCH
Strips of beginning letter sound practice. I used mini-coloured pegs for this activity. Two illustrations will have the beginning sound of the letter patch, and your child will identify them and mark them with counters or pegs.
GOURD MEASURING ACTIVITY
Gourds are so expensive here! This activity can be done if you can purchase real ones, but since it is as pricey as gold here, I just have to make a printable version (and something that will not rot). Hands-on learning in measuring items. We are using snap cubes here from Learning Resources.
We have yet to learn about units of measure, but he is already connecting the lengths and the counts.
